One day I was just having a causal conversation with Erica and I just briefly mentioned, I'd like to have a marketing video that would show an intimate look into what a newborn session with me looks like. I had a newborn session scheduled and I was like, heck, just come on this session and let's just see what we can come up with. It was such a dark, cloudy, stormy day. I had zero exceptions that we would get any video footage because the only lighting we had in the studio was overhead lights (in one room) and just my studio lighting. ZERO natural light. The studio was still a mess from the previous session, so I was mad cleaning minutes before she got there. I must have woken up in a mood or something that day, because I put zero effort into what I was wearing or how my hair looked.

The cards were stacked against us.

After the session, Erica rushes home and starts working on this video. She was excited haha

Within what felt like a few hours..... She sends me this video.

I was absolutely blown away. I mean......

Blown.

Away.

I was on the phone with her, maybe she called me on FaceTime, I really can't remember, to see/hear my reaction and I just..... Was lost for words. She was able to capture something out of nothing and not only that, she was able to capture ME.

I still don't have the words, for what this meant to me.

This is everything I wanted it to be.

This is MORE than I wanted it to be.
